Hello,
I have exactly the same problem and I can't find any solution.
My Dymo is new and has never been used, no prints yet. I install the ribbon, everything is fine, but when I try to print an error message appears saying "Rubber Jam". What should I do??
I've checked everything, replaced the batteries, the ribbon, ...

      I had the same problem and after searching a lot, I found the solution. Remove the roller; there is a little switch that you need to push down. It worked for me without having to take everything apart like I read in the comments. Good luck, hoping I could help you!!!!!
