Bonjour,
J’ai exactement le même problème pb et je ne trouve aucune solution solution.
Ma Dymo est neuve et n’a jamais servi, aucune impression encore. J’installe le ruban tout est nickel mais au moment d imprimer un message erreur s affiche Blocage Rub. Que faire ??
Changer les piles, le ruban, ... j’ai tout vérifié.

Go to Customer Service ...
I had the same problem and after searching a lot, I found the solution. Remove the roller; there is a little switch that you need to push down. It worked for me without having to take everything apart like I read in the comments. Good luck, hoping I could help you!!!!!
I found the solution, you just need to push the small roller that is between the strip and the support.
