It all depends on what one thinks of the word 'reliability'..

This vova is a Chinese legal site.. This site belongs to ZC Limited Hong Kong.. No mystery, it's clearly stated in the Terms of Use..

A platform connecting thousands of sellers.. In other words, a 'Marketplace'..

The Website, App and Service may contain links to third-party websites not under our control or operation

Vova does not endorse and is not responsible for or have control over the contents of any linked site

As usual, the Platform denies all responsibility regarding any problem arising with one of the 'sellers'..

In case of a dispute with vova, only the 'Hong Kong International Arbitration Center' is competent (Good luck, huh!). For other sellers, seek Chinese justice (which is impossible..).

As for quality, the compliance of what is delivered with what was ordered, potential counterfeits, we can't say since we can't evaluate thousands of independent sellers! Some are correct, others a bit 'scammers'..

For me, this kind of site is not totally 'reliable' (= trustworthy..). I carefully avoid all Marketplace sources of trouble..

Nevertheless, payment through Paypal could provide a 'certain' degree of security.. We'll see..

NO......do not trust. You order items in XL, you receive 3XL or you order in XL and you receive L. In fact, they send you what they have in stock. If you request refunds, you need to attach a photo, provided it can be uploaded. The same goes for the perfume: box different from the one shown, bottle "resembling" and the fragrance.....yuck. I strongly advise against this site.

No, I've made a lot of orders and the size is good and the scents are excellent, honestly good quality. One thing, especially if you're going to the Wish site, it's the same as Vova but you pay for shipping and it's expensive, and it's exactly like Vova, which is free worldwide. Good luck to you!

Hello everyone, I would like you to spread this message as much as possible. There is a new Chinese Marketplace offering very attractive prices on the Vova site.
However, you will have no guarantee of receiving your order. I personally got scammed out of €50.
Additionally, on a previous order, I purchased a supposedly SanDisk 1024 GB microSD card that turned out to be counterfeit and therefore completely unusable. The technique is quite simple; it involves modifying the firmware of the microSD card to deceive the device so that your computer or smartphone recognizes a higher memory capacity. In this context, your data will not be saved and you will lose your movies and photos (since they will be virtually stored in a non-existent storage space).
That is why I recommend exercising the utmost caution by not buying from Vova. While browsing this site, I also noted that there were counterfeit iPhones (yes, seriously! And you can verify this on Google or YouTube).
Beyond high-tech products, I also noted that this site offered counterfeit products from major brands like Lacoste, Gucci, Nike, etc.
It is absolutely necessary to avoid this site, which is just another Chinese Marketplace that does not adhere to any standards, unlike other sites such as AliBaba, Aliexpress, or Wish... This site is very different from other Chinese sites, multiplying counterfeits or failing to deliver the items you ordered. Let's also note the completely outrageous delivery time proposals (for example, a month and a half for delivery if you're lucky!).
Remember well, the site is called VOVA and it is a genuine scam that I advise you to avoid despite the tempting prices.

I currently have 68 orders on Vova. So I think I can speak from experience.
Regarding my orders, what can I say? Some are still in progress. But of the items I've received, I'm either very satisfied with the quality or I'm not.
When the item doesn't match what I ordered, I've never had any difficulty getting a refund. For those comparing it to Wish, it’s honestly just as easy to get a refund. I won’t lie, I had an order marked as received that I really didn't get. There I've had trouble getting a refund. But again, for those comparing it to Wish, I’ve had the same issue before.
As for quality. Like on Chinese sites, it's hit or miss. I ordered shoes. Honestly, I’ve only received high-quality products. There is a small issue with sizes though. It’s better to order one size up. For jackets, I've only received very good products. Superb quality and perfect sizes. A Tommy Hilfiger jacket for €14 instead of €120 in stores. And honestly, there’s no difference. However, I would not recommend t-shirts, polos, and shirts. The quality is lacking. They don't look good and are always too small. You need to order at least 2 sizes up from what you normally wear.
As for accessories. Belts are great, bracelets are great, watches are great, wallets are great, bags and pouches are great. I even ordered some PS controllers that are top notch.
For me, VOVA is just another Chinese site. You have to look at reviews and the number of orders for the product purchased. You can find everything at very interesting prices. But don’t expect true luxury products either.
I hope I’ve clarified a few points.

We can pay with PayPal, there's no risk at all, so I don't agree because otherwise we could only pay with a credit card like many so-called French sites.
