Hello,
I am experiencing some difficulties with my landline. I am unable to make calls, however, I can receive calls. Could this be a problem from the provider (NEUFBOX from SFR) or a technical issue with the phone (LOGICOM)? Thank you in advance for your responses :)

Good evening.....
It seems very unlikely that your operator is to blame in this case... can't you try another phone?
Is it plugged into the right socket OF THE BOX?
You can enter 192.168.1.1 in your PC's browser, and you'll be in your box's interface; just go to the "telephony" tab to see if everything is okay on that front....
The "phone" indicator on your box should be lit solid when you're not using the line, and flickering when you are using it...
