Hello,

I always appear as private on my Gigaset C430 A phone, how can I remove this option? Thank you very much for your assistance, I am with Swisscom in Switzerland.

      When I dial a phone number, the person I am calling does not see my number but the word private is displayed or masked. Often people do not answer the phone when the number is masked, and I would like my number to be displayed.

      My phone is connected to a telephony box via the internet.
      Only my calls are affected, whether I call in France or Switzerland, the numbers are hidden. I visited the website you mentioned, they explain how to hide numbers but not the opposite. I checked all the settings on the phone and found nothing. It is new; the old one did not have this problem. Maybe I accidentally did something with a button. I will contact the operator Swisscom and keep you updated.
