Bonjour,
j'ai un souci avec mon imprimante Brother DCP 117-C il me marque nettoyage impossible alors que j'ai changer toute les cartouches d'encre merci si quelqu'un peut m'aider. Imprimante pas servi depuis plusieurs mois

Essayez de remettre le compteur à 0 pour débloquer l'appareil:
