What to do if JBL Charge I crackles after a shock?

Hello,

I bought a JBL Charge (1st edition) a little less than a year ago, and I've never had any problems with it.
However, I dropped it quite hard recently, and the sound has since been altered: when I keep the volume low (below halfway), the sound seems unchanged. But as soon as I raise it a bit above that, the sound crackles. The more bass there is, the less clear the sound is. I'm not really sure if something has broken inside, or if a speaker is damaged...
So I would like to know if there are any solutions for me to repair it myself, if anyone has had the issue, etc.
