Time capsule flashes orange

Hello,
I changed my ISP and my Time Capsule won't restart after connecting to the LiveBox network. I have reset everything; my Time Capsule is connected via Ethernet to my LiveBox, and at the end of the process in the Airport Utility, my computer asks me to wait for the Time Capsule to restart, which it never does, regardless of the option I choose.
I use the Time Capsule only for Time Machine backups and did not use the Time Capsule's network, only my SFR WiFi network. I would like to do the same, but it is impossible to get a green light on my Time Capsule.

I finally solved the problem myself... by resetting the Time Capsule with the small button on the back (press with a pen, while the TC is unplugged, plug it back in while still pressing, wait for the orange light to blink quickly before releasing). Then I opened the Airport Utility (via Finder and Applications), which detected my TC, I did an automatic setup by creating a new network (I learned on another forum that the LiveBox did not allow joining the network) and finally the green light came on...
I'm not sure I'm being clear... but maybe this can help someone..

Thank you very much, thanks to your explanation I was finally able to set up my Airport Time Capsule on my Mac Yosemite and yet I am a beginner on Mac since April 4, 2015.
