How to put movies on your PS4

Hello everyone!
So I'd just like to know, as you've seen in the title, how to put movies on your Playstation 4. I had the Playstation 3 for 4 years and used to watch movies on it. I would plug in my USB stick and copy my movies onto the PS3 system. Now I'd like to know if we can do the same with SONY's latest toy, the PS4. I've tried several times but I've never succeeded. I think it's not possible, right? Anyway, if someone has a PS4 and knows how to do it, or if anyone simply knows how to do it, that would be great! Thanks!!!!! x)
