Hello,

I installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 on my computer, and when I try to activate it, I'm told that the activation code does not correspond to the region. What should I do? Thank you for your help.

Here is what I found on the Kaspersky website:
10. Is it possible to activate my product with an activation code purchased in another country?

Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 can be activated with an activation code purchased in the same region where the product will be used.
Activation error 4:1 may occur if you try to activate the application with an activation code designed for another country. For example, if you purchased Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 in France, it will be impossible to use this activation code from the African continent.

To avoid this kind of issue, please install and activate the Kaspersky Lab product in the country where the product was purchased.

I purchased the software in France but currently live in Niger. Does this mean my problem has no solution?
