Hello,
I installed Kaspersky 2014 with a 1-year license on my machine. Due to issues that occurred on the machine, I formatted it, and when I reinstalled my Kaspersky with the license key, it no longer works. So I lost the license, and I'm being told to renew Kaspersky, but I get an error message saying "The activation code does not match this region."
What should I do then?

Hello, when you formatted your machine and reinstalled Windows, did you choose the right region when it asked you? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows?ui=en-US&rs=en-001&ad=US#1TC=windows-7 Use this to change it and set the right one!!
