Hello! I need help. We bought a license for two PCs. I installed it on my 32-bit PC as well as on my friend's 64-bit PC. After that, I switched to a 64-bit system, and now it refuses to install on my new system. Is there a way to solve the problem?

Hello,

some clarifications would be necessary, is it refusing to install completely or is it a license issue?
In the first case, if you’ve upgraded to Windows 10 for example, it may be necessary to download the latest version of Kaspersky via the following link:

https://www.kaspersky.fr/downloads

Be sure to choose the version that corresponds to your license (antivirus, internet security, or total security)

If it's a license issue, you need to contact Kaspersky

He refuses to install, displaying the message "digital signature of files installation are missing". I switched from Windows 7 Titan to Windows 7 Home Premium, which is my factory version.

According to the FAQ from Kaspersky, three things to try:

- Download the latest version of Kaspersky from the official website (link in the first message)

- If that still doesn't work, check that the date and time on Windows are set correctly (also check in the BIOS while you're at it)

- If nothing still works, contact Kaspersky technical support.
