Hello everyone,
I have a giant flashed receiver. (purchased in Algeria).
The setup is connected to a dual LNB Astra + Hotbird.
The receiver is connected to the internet via ethernet cable.
I found the channels without any problem and the connection works great.
The issue is with the decryption: only certain Hotbird channels (most of them actually) are being decoded well thanks to my internet connection. No Astra channel is decrypted, even though those are the channels I’m interested in.
Given that the free channels work well and that some Hotbird channels are decrypted properly, I’m wondering where the problem could be coming from.
Any ideas???

I bought a Geant 2500 HD new.
Hello, I have the same problem and it seems that the (dish-parabola) is too small for the signal! Because mine is a: GN-2500HDNEW with a black remote and it decrypts Astra for a few minutes and then the channels start breaking up and become encrypted again ... Hotbird is a bit better. Thank you for sending us solutions if possible.
