Hello,
following the broken screen of my phone, all I have left is the "thumbnails" folder of my photos..
Is it possible to restore them to their original size using software or something else? I can see them but in miniature.. and I have two "thumbdata" files that I can't open.
Thank you for your help :)

Hello, I don't understand how a broken screen can be the cause of a lost folder, can you provide more information?
The thumbnails folder is the folder containing the thumbnails of your photos, so it won't be possible to enlarge them like magic... :)
But give more details about the fact that you only have this folder left and maybe I can help you.

    Hello,
my son was playing with my phone -_- he gave it back to me, so it might be broken because he continued to touch the buttons and deleted the photos.. when I connected my phone to the PC, in the DCIM folder there was only the ".thumbnails" folder left.... and I put it on the computer so maybe I lost my chances of retrieving the original sizes of my photos?
    <Thank you.

Yes, that's where the thumbnails folder was.. I guess it's all gone then? The photo developers won't be able to help either, you think?

Indeed, if only the thumbnails folder is left, it will be difficult to recover your photos... Was there a micro SD card in the phone?

Try to read it without the phone with an adapter if you have one; logically, if there are any photos left, that's where they are.

No, the photo developers won't be able to help you... Try reading the phone's memory by connecting it to the PC; if the photos are stored on the phone, you should be able to recover them.
