What is ZbThumbnail.info?

Hello,
I had a silly question but I don't know the answer:
what is this little file Zb Thumbnail.info that can be found everywhere on my PC?

    A tiny little thing that's impossible to open and makes me lose files.

      Generated files to display images by different programs that display images
      You can delete the files directly using Windows Explorer:
      Files on the images X !!! - "Search" - "ZbThumbnail.info" - Ctrl+A - Delete - Confirm
      - picasa.ini created by Picasa2 "Search" - "picasa.ini" - Ctrl+A - Delete - Confirm
      - pspbrwse.jbf created by PaintShopPro "Search" - "pspbrwse.jbf" - Ctrl+A - Delete - Confirm
      - Thumbs.db created by Explorer "Search" - "Thumbs.db" - Ctrl+A - Delete - Confirm
      For Thumbs.db, just prevent their creation by Explorer in Control Panel/folder options/view/check do not cache thumbnails ... and there you go!!!
