Gta 5 ps4 installation issue

Hello,
I wanted to know, I bought GTA 5 on PS4 this morning from the PlayStation store and I start the game, and the installation of the game since 11:30 AM today is progressing very slowly, it's only at 7% even though it has been loading since this morning, is that normal?

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 7.0
