GTA V Installation Bug on PS4

Hello,
I bought the game GTA V on PS4, I'm updating it with 12 GB. So far everything is going great, but then I try to install it and the installation gets stuck at 1%, and sometimes goes up to 5% and tells me that the disc cannot be read and that I need to check if it is damaged or not. It is absolutely fine physically (no scratches or anything). I hope you can help me

      I finally found it!!!! If it can help lol. You install everything and at the moment it bugs you remove the disc... you clean it with a glasses cloth and put it back in the PS4!!! You'll let me know how it goes!!!! I'm at 40% hehe
