I received a .skf file via email and I don't know which program to use to read and modify it. Could you please suggest a program to download to solve my problem?

I use AutoSketch, a drawing software that saves and reads the SKF format.

And I have an encryption/decryption program that generates an skf file after compression and encryption...

This program is Dekart Secrets Keeper.

SKF files open with SKETCHUP 3D software.
