A small envelope has appeared in the small screen on the handset together with a small flashing red light. How do we get rid of the small flashing light and the envelope? There are no messages on the answering machine.

Any help would be appreciated. I am unable to get any information from the instruction manual.

Dear Customer,

The flaching red light on your phone means that there is new "events" which have not been read/ seen.

You will get rid of it by checking your miss calls for example.

If it still doesn't work, you might need to contact us on 0157324065.
