Probleme impossible de demarer l'application

bonjour,
Cela fait une semaine que sans cesse des fenetres s'ouvrent : impossible de demarer l'application impossible de continuer l'application n'est pas correctement formatéé pour obtenir de l'aide contactez le fournisseur de l'application
Je n' y connais rien et ca me bloque je ne sais meme pas de quelle appli il s'agit...
