Hello,

My Windows 7 system on my Fujitsu laptop stopped working during a sleep mode, so I forced a shutdown by pressing the power button. When I restarted my PC, it got stuck on the manufacturer's first page.
Please suggest a solution to my problem.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 37.0.2062.124

Hello

Start on the BIOS and set your HDD as the first "BOOT"

The problem is that I cannot access the BIOS. The PC is stuck on the startup page. The HDD is normally first.

I think you lost your HDD. I had the same problem. I was downloading a torrent, then my computer froze, and I forced it to shut down with the button. When I wanted to start the PC, I had the same problem as you. If you have an HDD cable, try connecting it to another computer to see if it still works.

I don't have a cable, but I think it's an HDD problem because it's making a noise (like the noise of a damaged DVD). Is there a "hardware" solution to repair it?

No, I think you need to look for another HDD.
