3 long beeps at startup and the screen doesn't turn on.

Good evening, I have had a problem with my PC for over 2 months. I turn it on and it beeps 3 times, but these are 3 long beeps. I saw that these 3 long beeps are related to the RAM. I removed the RAM stick, cleaned it, and put it back: still the same. I then removed the stick again to put it in the second slot, but nothing worked, still the same. I also did a Clear CMOS by removing the battery from the motherboard for one or two minutes and moved the jumper to pins 2-3, but still nothing.

Could you please help me? ☺

        Hello,

I had the same issue on my Ebook and it was due to the placement of the film. You need to follow the order and install it in DIMM 2 if you only have one before.

Tomorrow I'll just try to put the knight back on 2, 3, but I won't remove the stack just to see if it works and I'll let you know.
