I have difficulty opening my "PowerShot SD 1300 15" camera; every time I open it, it says "Lens error, automatic shut-off, restart camera."

We have a solution to the problem. In fact, it was my wife who found it!
Point the device downwards, holding it firmly.
At the same time you turn the device on, shake it to help the lens come out.
We had to repeat this operation a few times.
Once the lens opened, we also cleaned around the lens with a small brush.
Afterward, I experimented with the zoom, and before closing the device, I set the zoom to maximum.
And there you go, the problem is fixed!
