Hello
I bought a micro hi-fi system, the essentialB Xeriade Bluetooth, some time ago

It also serves as a home theater; it works very well for CDs, but I’m encountering an issue with DVD playback. Every 5 minutes, the playback freezes or glitches, the sound "jumps," it only lasts for 2-3 seconds but it is really annoying. I tried cleaning the player with a special CD, but the glitches continue.
Is it due to a compatibility issue, a connection problem, what can I do?

Hello, has the DVD reading issue been fixed after your return to customer service because I'm having the same problem, thank you.

After several returns, several repairs, and parts changes, the problems remain the same. Despite changing the player, doing cleanings, etc., there is still the same issue with image and sound interruptions, and images freezing. I've given up.

Hello, I suspected that your response to customer service wouldn't fix this bug. The aesthetics of the chain are nice, but like all these products made in China, it always has a bug. When playing DVDs, the picture occasionally freezes slightly; it's irregular depending on the DVDs.
Unfortunately, I don’t have any other answers to provide you, I’ve decided to make do; CD and USB playback is fine.
