Hello
Suddenly, I no longer have Internet access. "IPv4 Connectivity: No network access."
"Windows network diagnostics:
Problems found:
Issue with the wireless network card or access point Not fixed
"Wi-Fi" does not have valid IP configurations."
Does anyone know how to modify IPv4?
Configuration: 2 laptops, Windows 10 (one Pro version, the other Home).
Orange Livebox Play. Internet via Firefox.
When I use my smartphone, the Internet works fine and the IPV4 as well
Thanks to everyone who knows!

Hello,

Start menu
In Search type cmd
Right-click on cmd.exe
Select Run as administrator
In the Command Prompt, copy and paste these commands, confirming with Enter after each command:

netsh winsock reset
netsh winhttp reset proxy
netsh winhttp reset tracing
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset catalog
netsh int ipv6 reset catalog

Restart your PC.

If the issue persists, go back to CMD, copy/paste this command:

ipconfig /renew

Confirm with Enter.

Note: If you are on Windows 10, for the command prompt it is:

Right-click on Start menu
Choose Command Prompt (Admin)

Whoever you are, thank you, you are my savior!!!
However, the Orange customer service over the phone is useless...
When I think that a few years ago, one of them took control of my computer remotely for a similar problem...
Today (06/29/2020), the terse response: it's not a box issue, you need to see a technician, I am a technician -> poor quality

Hi,
At the same time, it's not really their fault either, they're not there to fix Windows' flaws and this is a Windows flaw.
They have enough problems with their connection to provide and they're not there to deal with the whims of your PC, so the response is correct.
