Hello,
I would like to know what corresponds to the graphics chipset
Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1) 1.7GB
Is it the Intel GMA 4500MHD with up to 1754MB? There are so many names to describe an Intel HD graphics, I don't even know if the
Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1) is an Intel HD graphics,
it is at the shader model 2 and 3 level that in the game Farming Simulator it tells me that I don't have those shaders, whereas Intel HD graphics has at least shader model 2,
it's a laptop that I just bought for my nephew's birthday and I would like to know if the
Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1) supports shader model 2 or higher with recent drivers,
I probably express myself very poorly, it's simply because I am lost in this, with my HD5850 I don't have to ask all these questions, all the games work.
Thanks in advance if someone has knowledge about this.

The simplest (but not always reliable) is to go to Can I Run That Game and test it with any game.....

By chance, I found that it is indeed the Intel GMA 4500MHD by right-clicking on resolution and advanced settings. Does this chipset support shader model 2 and 3?
The laptop runs Rayman Origins at 60fps and also runs "Ms. Splosion Man," even though they are recent games, but for Farming Simulator 2011, it lacks shader 2.
For your information, the laptop runs on Windows 8.1. -
To get the info on your shader, go to "Can I run it" or update all your graphics drivers.

I did it and it tells me for Rayman Origins that I can't play, even though I can, and even at 60fps without lag, this Can I Run is useless, well thanks for trying to help me :)

Rayman Origins doesn't require a shader model, that's why I can play the game without it. On the other hand, Farming Simulator does require it. I understand now, subject closed, thank you for your help ma04nu.
