Hello,
I start my laptop, the page that allows us to enter the BIOS or continue displays. The PC tries to load and a blue page with text in English talks mainly about a crash dump and that it needs to shut down.
Where does this problem come from? How to fix it?
Thank you for taking your time to respond
Configuration: Intel Celeron T1400 1.73GHz
2 GB of RAM
120 GB hard drive
Windows Vista

Good evening...
Since it's suggesting you enter the BIOS, go ahead, set the values to "default" and confirm to exit... we'll see later!
Otherwise, try to start in safe mode (F5 or F8... as soon as you power on the machine...
Regards,
See you later
PS: still under warranty or not?
