My local drive Q:/ is not accessible.

Hello,

I have an issue with my second hard drive. Since I took it to a technician for repair, I no longer have access to my second drive (Q:/). Previously, I had 2 hard drives of 500GB, but after a problem, he replaced one, and now I can't access the second one. When I double-click on it, an error message appears stating: "Q:/ is not accessible. Access denied".
I've tried changing the drive's owner and all, but I can't do it. I'm looking for help because that’s still 500GB of unusable space that I really need!
If you need more info or screenshots... feel free to ask,

Looking forward to your response,
Best regards,
Tix.

Have you tried to change the drive letter in the console "Management -> Disk Management" from "Computer"?

    Hello

Was it a separate hard drive?
Is it physically present in the machine?
Is it visible in the BIOS?

Is it a desktop or a laptop?
Was it a 1TB disk, split into 2 partitions?

    Because now, there's a 300GB disk.....

You can check that your hard drive appears in the BIOS.

Otherwise, have you tried a restore point prior to the technician's intervention?
