Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy Q (Android version 2.2.2).
My YouTube app has been updated over time to version 4.0.23, and I used that version for quite a while (I think the newer versions are not available for my phone). Today, the app was really running poorly, so I wanted to reinstall it.
I went into Settings, Manage applications, and then I uninstalled the updates to revert to the original version. The problem is that when I go to the Play Store, only the latest version of the app is available, which is not compatible with mine. I downloaded version 4.0.23 from the internet using my phone, but when I try to install it, I get an error message saying "there was a problem parsing the package." So I'm stuck with quite a mediocre version and I don't know what to do...

You can easily revert to a previous version of almost any application. There are different sites, I know Android Drawer which is great. No bugs, easy installation, never an issue. Sometimes you have to uninstall the latest version to be able to reinstall the old version. Don't click on the ad links, obviously, unless you're lacking some spice in your life.
I've been using it for 2 years. You can find almost all the apps there and the people are nice, excellent service if you have questions.
I know there are other sites, I don't have the names.
