Hello,
I have a little problem with my USB drive. On this drive, there are a lot of photos that I would like to retrieve because they are memories that are dear to me. Unfortunately, when I plug my drive into my computer, the light blinks (to indicate charging..) and then when I want to transfer the photos to my computer's desktop, the drive "does not respond" and when it "responds again," I have no photos left on it. I then have to unplug it and plug it back in, and all the photos are there again. I try to move them again, and it happens to me again. A real vicious circle!
I would like to know if anyone else is in the same situation as me and if they have found a solution?
Thank you!
Aurélie.

It seems like your USB drive is about to fail...
If you can't see anything on your USB drive but it's still recognized by the computer (as empty), then according to my logic:
1. Either Windows Explorer can't read what's on the drive. Try using another software, for example, an internet browser (open a file from the drive);
2. Or, the files have been mysteriously deleted and you need to recover them with software like Recuva.
I'll let you test both solutions; it's a lot of work, especially the second one... no guaranteed results...
