Hello,
After printing a page (only 3/4 of the page printed), the machine no longer wants to print!
System: Windows 7
Observations:
1) 4 green lights are flashing: 1°POWER, 2° and 3°Plain paper + glossy paper, 4° Adjust the page.
2) 2 red lights are flashing: 1° Error, 2° Ink.
3) Message: Printer components have reached the end of their service life.
Check your printer's documentation.
My actions:
1) Cleaning the 4 heads and the ink pad on the right side with alcohol = NEGATIVE result
2) Checked the printer documentation = Did not find a solution to this problem.
3) Printer reinstallation = NEGATIVE result
So could someone help me solve this problem?
Thank you for your help
Guy

Good evening,
Try to apply what CCM suggests on this PAGE perhaps!
You have a link in PDF format on this same page that you can also use.
Best regards.

Hello,
Thank you glg29 and CCM for your help.
1° I couldn't reset the counter, my machine reference was not accepted!
2° For testing: I disassembled the ink pad on the right to clean it = Parts damaged, (1 spring came out of the guide)
So I decided to throw my printer in the trash; it has had its time!
I now know the two methods to troubleshoot in case of green lights.
Thanks again for your help
