Amazon order still marked as "Not yet shipped"

Hello,
It's been over 24 hours since my order has been on the status "Not yet shipped." What should I do? Should I contact Amazon?
Or is it not updated and has it still been shipped?

    I just received the response. When the status remains stuck for more than 24 hours on "not yet shipped," it may mean there is an issue with the payment.
