unsupported video format

Question

Hello. I just got the Numericable box. The technician came and did all my connections, but my TV (Philips) doesn't want to cooperate. I don't know what to do. It keeps displaying "UNSUPPORTED VIDEO FORMAT," yet the TV is full HD. I don't understand anything.
HELP ME?

I’m not exactly sure how to select the source on your Philips TV remote... But it could be simple, like a "HDMI" button. Or maybe a "Source" button, to be pressed multiple times until the correct HDMI input is selected as the source... In any case, it’s no longer automatic like it was in the old days with the SCART connector: you have to manually choose the correct source.

Well, that's strange! Alright: Unplug the HDMI cable, and plug in the Scart cable. Turn LaBox and the TV back on, can you see the picture? Then go into LaBox's configuration menus, and choose the minimum HDMI resolution (I assume it would be 576p). Then turn everything off, unplug the Scart cable, reconnect the HDMI cable, and turn everything back on. Is it working?

If yes, go back to the LaBox configuration menu, and choose the next resolution (which should be 720p). Is it still working? Then move to the maximum resolution (1080i or p)... Is it still working?
