Unsupported video

Hello everyone

I just bought a fairly recent Proline television.
I plugged my external hard drive into the USB port behind the screen, and I can only read a few movies out of a terabyte of owned films.

They are all in the same format and my PC plays them without any problem, but my TV shows: unsupported video.

I don't really understand what's happening, if someone can help me and possibly help me solve this problem?

Thank you for replying to me.
They are all in AVI format, for example, I downloaded a series, same site, same links for the episodes, I was able to watch 3 but the others won’t play. Even though they are in the same format.
