Email Reception Issues Le bon coin

Hello,

I posted an ad to sell a pavilion on the Le Bon Coin website.
Not receiving hardly any emails, I tested by sending an email to myself (from an email address different from the one used to post the ad online).
I do receive the acknowledgment of receipt for my email, but I do not receive the actual email. I've checked my spam folder, I've changed my email address three times on the site, I received the activation emails for those addresses, and I am indeed receiving their replies to my questions about this technical issue (I've kind of harassed them). When I changed my email address, I made sure to change the provider (host?) : aol, then gmail. But nothing changes. Emails sent from the site via "send an email to the advertiser" do not arrive.
The site does not give me an answer and says it's a problem with my mailbox.
Except that I've used 3 and the problem persists.
Do you have any idea what could be causing this issue? Is it related to the browsers? But I've tested sending an email using Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and even from my iPhone, nothing works, no email reception.
I don't know what to do anymore...

Hello, has anyone found a solution?? Because I've had the same problem for about 10 days now, I've tried everything... Their technical support tells me that everything is working fine, yet that is absolutely not the case.
