I also have a problem with leboncoin.fr as they no longer validate ads. I've been trying to post an ad for a month, I receive the confirmation email stating that they have received my ad and that it will be validated within a maximum of 24 hours, then nothing.
It seems that when you look at the publication time, they are validating fewer and fewer ads.
Moreover, a free ad site relies on ads, and for several weeks, there haven't been any ads.
What should I do? I've sent several emails through contact to find out what's happening, still nothing.
If someone could have their phone number, that would be great.
I found the advertising service number for leboncoin, but they don't know anything except that customer service is located in Sweden.

After reading all these messages, I find that there is no reason to blame Leboncoin. How can a man with a level head make a financial transaction with a third party without contact, especially outside of France? I have done several operations with Leboncoin (my car, my computer, my PS3...) without any problems, but always with mutual benefit. To respond to the last post, I personally have nothing against Le Bon Coin in terms of their way of spreading others' classifieds.

What bothers me more, however, is the fact that they are hard to reach, or even not reachable at all. Try it out yourself, you'll see, you have the numbers. I believe that a merchant who respects their customers, even if they are not responsible for everything they advertise, should not play the ostrich and should at least be reachable for general, practical, or legal issues, especially when some services are paid.

This is just my opinion.

I would like to contact Le Bon Coin, and it's impossible; they haven't replied to my messages. I've been bombarding them with messages for 5 days and nothing!!!
I paid 6 euros for an option, and my ad is still not validated!!! It's unbelievable! Their customer service is terrible!!! Ad posted on Sunday, February 22, ad validated by email and the option paid for; today is February 26 and still nothing!!!

I posted some sale ads on Le Bon Coin, personally I haven't had any problems. A good piece of advice: never send your items without having been paid first, because you'll surely get scammed. We live in a selfish and heartless world. Also be vigilant when selling an item; don't have people come to your home, try to arrange to meet them in a public place (for example: in front of the town hall or somewhere else, but make sure there are people around).
