Hello,

as indicated in the title, my Packard Bell has no sound. I'm on Windows 7 and can't find any solutions :-/. The computer recognizes the sound card, and I've actually tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but without success. I also made a summary with AIDA64 (Everest-Ultimate) but I need someone more qualified than me to help. I'm starting to lose hope, does anyone have a solution please?

    Install these 2 drivers:
    --> Audio
    --> Ethernet

    Hello,

    Go to start
    In the search bar
    Type: devmgmt.msc and hit enter.

    Check if there are any question marks and which ones?
    If so, provide the hardware ID number.
    To find the ID number, look -->> here <<--

      I have a question mark next to the "other devices" icon. When I expand the bar, I see "Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus" and "Ethernet Controller."

    Hello,
    go to the audio manager either by the speaker icon or the control panel to check if mute is not checked. You may have several audio devices depending on the hardware.
