When someone removes me from their friend suggestions list.

I would like to know what happens when I appear in someone's friend suggestion list and if that person removes me from their suggestion list: Will I also disappear from my own suggestion list in turn?

I ask this question because I really like this person and we know each other. A while ago, this person was at the top of my own suggestion list or sometimes not at all, but it went back and forth like that, it’s random depending on the weeks that go by. We have mutual friends. But suddenly, she no longer appears even though the other suggested people in that list are still present. Even if I delete the other people, the one I like still does not appear...
What I’ve noticed about her is that she does not spend much time on FB and changes her profile picture very rarely (but she did change it recently, actually).
Same for me, I share little information on FB but change my picture a bit more often. Indeed, I don’t dare to add her, at least not yet, I don’t know and it’s not certain for now. But if I find out that she has intentionally removed me from her suggestion list... or if that is the case, I wonder if she did it by mistake, because it happens to me too to "clear out" my visible suggestion list on the Timeline when it gets too large without having the time to look at what I’m deleting because when I remove someone from the small list, they are replaced by another and so on until it becomes empty.
