Black screen on startup acer 5738z

Hello
I was using my Acer Aspire 5738Z laptop and all of a sudden it turned off.
At first, I thought it had gone into sleep mode, so I immediately pressed the power button to turn it back on, but nothing happened. I decided to hold down the power button to turn everything off. Then, upon restart, I get a black screen with nothing on it. No possibility to access the BIOS. Not even anything visible when looking with the sun or a lamp in the background.
What should I do?
Feel free to ask if you need more information
Thank you in advance

    Hello,
thank you for your quick response.
    I tested all of that.
How can I check the processor?

      Hi,

While disassembling... But that's not really recommended :/

Does it at least "start"? By "start," I mean do any little lights turn on or do you hear your hard drive spinning up? Or even a fan?

      Hello
So the PC starts up as if there’s no problem
That is to say, the LEDs are functioning and so is the fan. By the way, they vary at times.
No notable noise (mechanical or computer-related)
It’s the screen that remains black!!
Even when trying to switch to another screen via HDMI

A small detail that might help. When I press Caps Lock multiple times, the lock LED does not turn on or off!

    Hi,

put both back to see. If you get a black screen again, it means the RAM you removed is faulty. So you'll need to replace it.

The RAM is indeed dead. Thank you for your help.

    Hello,

    Try the following procedures:

1st: Test with an external screen
2nd: Check the RAM one by one
3rd: Remove the battery and hold the power button for 1 minute. Reinsert the battery and restart.

If none of this works, check the processor.

I just started the PC with one RAM removed and it works
    What should I do now?
Should I put the RAM back? Buy another one?
    What's the problem then?
    Thank you
