EASYNOTE TE PACKARD BELL: Black screen at startup and without l

Hello,

The last time I tried to shut down the computer, a series of lines scrolled endlessly on the screen. I turned it off by holding down the power button.

Since then, I have no access to the BIOS, the screen remains black. The hard drive is working, and if I plug in a USB stick, it gets powered. I changed the CMOS battery.

I tested the different keys to access the BIOS and nothing works.

Thank you for letting me know what to do?

Thanks in advance

    Hello,

The power supply of the USB key does not argue for the operation or not of the disk but only for the fact that it is powered by the motherboard.

Aside from any reckless tinkering with the BIOS (which would prevent booting in the appropriate CSM/UEFI mode), the situation suggests a hardware failure (graphics card, motherboard...).
