Printer that only prints in red

Good evening
I have an HP DeskJet 3650 printer.
I want to print a photo, but it's only giving me red instead of the actual colors.
I have already refilled my cartridge and done a cleaning.
What else can I do?

Here I am, I have an Epson printer..... I have always used Epson cartridges, and one day I thought, why not use compatible cartridges...
Since I started using them, my photos came out red!!!!! I could have done maintenance on the printer (cleaning the heads, etc....) but nothing changed
So I cleaned my 4 ink cartridges...... the small electronic plate and where the ink comes out.... just with my finger.... and everything became normal again...

Hi, tell me, the EXACT SAME THING happened to me. But I don't quite see what you had to clean to get back to normal and where??? Please help me, I can't take it anymore, it's almost new!!

You are very nice, Didi, but you first need to learn to speak French and especially to write French.
Correction of your message:
I have always used ................ I said to myself why not.............. since I used them, my photos come out in red........; THE WORST IS: I used to be able to do.......... I had tried hard (the real spelling)
Consol yourself, you are not the only one to speak or write like this, but to see this from someone of French descent is painful and we wonder what will become of the language of Molière in a few years.
