Hello, so here is my PC fell and since then I can no longer connect to Wi-Fi. Indeed, since yesterday when I try to connect to any Wi-Fi network, they tell me limited access and this, for all Wi-Fi (while it works on my phone). I tried restarting my PC without success, I tried turning it off and on again, removing and resetting the Wi-Fi, turning off the box and turning it back on, I tried using the troubleshooter option, I tried practically everything, I attempted commands to run.

I tried changing hundreds of settings without success.
So, could it be that the network card got damaged? By the way, I tried disabling it without success, in fact disabling and re-enabling it without success. Please, what can I do? I've tried dozens of options without any results. I really need help, please.

Thank you in advance, hoping for a response perhaps quite soon. See you soon.

    Good evening,

I solved this problem once by changing the security of my box (I switched from Wep to WPA, while keeping the same key, it's not a problem..), I restarted the box, forgot the network on the computer, and tried reconnecting by entering WPA and the key again.... and it worked, strangely enough, but oh well.. so see if that might help you? Change your security type, forget the network and reconnect it.. it doesn't hurt to try :/

No, I don't think that's it since it doesn't connect to any network, whether it's my box or the neighbors' or just an unsecured network; none of them work :-/

Well, yes, your network card has taken a hit. In my opinion, it might have just come loose. Try opening your PC to check.

I would like to, but I'm afraid of messing things up since I'm only fourteen and I don't know much about internal computer hardware. I'm worried that if I open it, I'll create more problems than I already have, lol.

      Hello,

if the network card was unplugged, the PC wouldn't have been able to detect any network...
so don't start opening the PC..

As you might guess, I'm not able to understand the question properly. Could you please clarify or rephrase it?

Check in connection properties -> TCP/IP protocol (IP V4) -> are the IP address and DNS set to manual or automatic?

They are automatic, which means there is no IP address on them; it's the same for the IPv6 protocol.
