Computer won't charge anymore

Hello,

I have an Acer ES1-512. The battery is integrated.

My PC displayed "critical low battery," and then it finally shut down. It wouldn’t charge anymore and does not work when plugged into the wall.

I’m not sure if it should work plugged in without a battery.

So I bought an Acer battery and replaced it myself. The computer turns on because the battery is at 20%, but it still doesn’t charge. The orange light doesn’t come on.

I then bought a charger. But there’s no change. Do you have any idea? Thank you

Configuration: Android / Chrome 58.0.3029.83

Hello, maybe the port or charger that connects to your computer is broken or not working anymore, so I advise you to take it back to the place where it was made for repair.

What do you mean by "the opening" or "the charger"?
