I turn on my computer and I land on the boot menu.

Hello,

I have a problem when I turn on my PC (Lenovo ThinkPad), I go straight to the boot menu.
I must admit that I spilled liquid on my PC, and I took it to a technician who, after charging me €400 for repairs, guaranteed that my PC was working (with proof to back it up). Since then, I returned home with my PC, trying to turn it on, but the screen was black. Unsatisfied, I went back to see him, and the story changed: "it's dead."

And today, after trying for the umpteenth time, my PC turns on (miracle) BUT I end up on the boot menu....
Can you help me?
Thank you for your time.

    Hello,
You say your PC is on the boot menu, that doesn’t mean much, what do you mean by boot menu? What does it say on the screen?
Please elaborate and clarify all of this, don't forget that unlike the technician who charged you 400 € for the repair, I am remote, so if the question isn’t precise, it’s difficult to give you an accurate answer.

I'm sorry, I thought I had provided an image in addition to my message.

      It says:

      Boot menu

      ATAPI CD0:MATSHITADVD-RAM UJ8C2
      PCI LAN:Realtek PXE B05 D00

Apparently no hard drive detected, check if the hard drive is properly connected.
