Crash KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Dés fois quand je suis sur mon pc il crash et redemarre j'ai donc installé whocrashed et il ma donné le rapport suivant:

Quelqu'un pourrait m'aidé car cela commence a devenir très pénible.
