No service barred circle, does not recognize SIM card or code

Hello,
I have a Galaxy S2, when it asks me for the PIN code, it says incorrect code and I always have 3 attempts left... the SIM card works on another phone. I no longer have network and I have a crossed circle. I indicate that offline mode is disabled.

No, the phone is unlocked, I bought it from a specialized second-hand store, and the operator is Free......... it has been working perfectly until now..... The seller is offering to reset it for €59...... telling me that there are some bugs at the moment.... this is the second time, so it's starting to get a bit expensive for me, that's why I'm looking for solutions online..
He is asking me to leave it with him and, while connecting it to his PC, he will "reprogram" it for me, I hope this isn't a lifelong expense....
The problem is: when I enter the PIN code, either it doesn’t recognize it and gives me 3 attempts, or it accepts it but it only lasts for 1 or 2 minutes, no more, and then there’s no network with a barred circle at the top of the screen.
I want to clarify that airplane mode or offline mode is disabled. The SIM card works on another phone.
