Hello,
I've had a Snapchat account for several months now and I've never had any issues.
Today I wanted to change my password. To do this, I went to this site (https://support.snapchat.com/en-US/password-reset-request), entered my email address, set a new password. I then tried to enter my password on Snapchat but the app showed me "Oops! Something went wrong." I tried several times and even put my old password back. But nothing works...
I hope someone can help me

I'm having a problem with my Snapchat account too. I was on my account just fine, and then my sister wanted to log into her Snapchat account. When she tried to log in, she couldn't, and then I tried to log into my account, and it didn't work either. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it several times, but it still wasn't working. I followed instructions on the internet, but it DOES NOT work?? Please help me; I don't know what to do. I'm on vacation far from my friends, and I need to talk to them??
