Hello everyone,
While using my computer today, I noticed it was still black. So, after running an antivirus scan with Avast, it reported that my explorer.exe file is infected (Threat: Win64:Dropper-gen (Drp)). I then created a scan report with ZHPDiag which is available here: https://www.cjoint.com/?DCkaqG4pHBv
Could you please give me your opinion and help me with the next steps to resolve my issue?
Thank you in advance.

Hi
With a pirated Windows 7 titan, did you expect anything else?
I don't take the risk because if it ends up being clean, it might not work anymore given all the junk it contains...
