mini-KMS_Activator_v1.052.exe infected

Question

Hello, yesterday my antivirus, McAfee, detected a virus but couldn't treat it without telling me its name. Apparently, the infected file is mini-KMS_Activator_v1.052.exe, but since I'm not very skilled, I can't find it anywhere, so it's impossible for me to delete it!! However, I ran a full scan again and it didn't detect anything, and a full scan with MBAM in safe mode didn’t find anything either!! Could you please help me?   Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 535.2

By the way, does anyone know how to recover the mini-kms file...? Because my antivirus deleted it and now I can't reactivate Microsoft Office!!

re,  Use the "Search" function ;) but hey, knowing that Malwarebytes detects it:  Infected file(s): [........] mini-kms_activator_v1.052\mini-kms_activator_v1.052.exe (Riskware.Keygen) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully. It should no longer be present.  See you + -- “Reason and logic can do nothing against stubbornness and foolishness.”

You might be right, I don't know, but what makes me insist is that since my antivirus deactivates at startup, then reactivates by itself. And with the search function, I can't find it either. I don't know how it works, but I think I don't have the complete access path, and I even less know how to get it. I installed HijackThis and ran a scan, but I don't understand anything! Once again.

It's a file that you downloaded knowingly. If you can't find it with the Search function, it means it's no longer on the system. No need to have the full path. McAfee can be deactivated and reactivated; that can happen. HijackThis won't say anything more.  See you later -- “Reason and logic can do nothing against stubbornness and folly.”
