Hello,
When I try to watch a video on YouTube, I can hear the sound perfectly and see the playback controls, but I have a black screen.
I don't have this problem when I play the embedded video on another site.
I read in the help center that I should disable "hardware acceleration" in the settings by right-clicking on the video. However, when I right-click on the video (on the black screen, as indicated), I don't see the "Settings" option.
Can you help me resolve this issue, please? My version of Adobe Flash is up to date.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 33.0.1750.117
Thank you.

Hello, for me it was an extension. It was Adblock Plus (on Google Chrome).
It should be fine..
There you go... I hope I was able to help you.
- Just click on the three little lines in the upper right corner (on Windows).
- Choose: more tools... extensions...
- Disable all extensions by unchecking them.
- Quit Chrome... Reconnect.
- Try your video.
It should be fine..
- Now check the extensions one by one, then view your video again.
- Once you find the problematic extension, trash it (on the right).
- Then click on -more extensions- at the bottom of the window, and reinstall your extension.
There you go... I hope I was able to help you.
Thank you very much =)
