Gigaset dx800a all in one connection issue

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a Gigaset DX800A phone for my small business.
I've tried my best to connect it to my Neufbox as I have a basic unlimited phone subscription with total unbundling.
Unfortunately, no matter what I do, the phone keeps saying it can't find the telephone line.

Are there any people who have experienced this same difficulty?

    We're good, we made it.

    For those who encounter the same issue, you need to dismantle the RJ45 side and connect the green and red cables at each end of the RJ45 plug.
    It's poorly designed, but after that, it works.
